The Lotte Merchandising Service Center Was founded in 1983, the first of its kind in Korea. Covering an extensive nationwide distribution network, the center develops brand-new marketing techniques and customer services by the timely grasping of problems that appear during the process of the distribution of foods. Functioning as a back up for Lotte's four food-related companies, it provides for better quality maintenance of foods in wholesale and retail shops, effective display techniques, and fluent marketing techniques.
